With toddlers I do things slightly differently! As sleep habits are generally more ingrained with this age group, we take a slightly more gradual approach to achieve your sleep goals.
Our focus with toddlers is looking at good sleep hygiene and building a routine that works for them. We use a variety of strategies to establish boundaries around bedtime and where and when little one goes to sleep, making sure we are achieving calm bedtime routines, eliminating night wakes and fostering a feeling of comfort and confidence in their own sleep space.
* I strongly believe that sleep is not a luxury. If you need sleep help but the cost is a barrier, I offer payment plans for my sleep packages.

You’ll receive a powerful video training walking you through the key mindset shifts and practical preparations you can make with your toddler to lay the foundations for success. Think of this week as setting the stage. So when you begin implementing, you’re not starting from scratch, you’re starting strong. You’ll feel clear, confident and ready for what’s to come.

This is where change really happens. You’ll start implementing your personalised settling approach and begin navigating bedtime battles and night wakes with calm, consistent action. You’ll have real-time support from me via Whatsapp voice notes and text, so you never have to second guess what you’re doing. This week is all about creating momentum and stepping into your role as a confident, connected guide for your toddler.

By now, you’ve made incredible progress - and this final week is about locking it in. You’ll still have light-touch support from me via WhatsApp so that I am on hand for any ‘what if’ questions, but most parents find they hardly need it. This week is about smoothing out the final bumps, feeling fully in control, and knowing you’ve got everything you need to move forward.
