My Mission

My aim is to help exhausted parents get back the sleep that they need and feel human again. You’re doing such an incredible job, and it is a job that is made so much harder when you’re surviving on very little sleep!

I know how lonely the long nights rocking in a dark room can feel. The frustration when you have spent hours getting your little one to sleep, only for them to wake again as soon as you have finally drifted off. The feeling of dread when bedtime is approaching and not knowing how it will go. The desperation when your little one wakes up really early, ready to start their day! I experienced all of this with my first baby and I can completely relate. I am also here to help.

The toll that lack of sleep can take on all aspects of your life can be huge. I am passionate about helping parents get back to feeling themselves, reclaim their evenings, have more energy and have a little one who is thriving, happy and well rested.

About Me

I’m Chloe, former primary school teacher, mummy of two little ones and OCN certified baby and toddler sleep consultant. As a mum myself, I know first hand how utterly exhausting it can be when your little one isn’t sleeping.

When my first was struggling with sleep, I found I wasn’t being the parent I wanted to be as I was just. so. tired! When we ‘cracked’ his sleep, the effect it had on us all was phenomenal. If you’re reading this, my guess is that you are also exhausted and looking for that change. If you are ready, I am here to guide and support you to make that transformation.
